Introduction

Welcome to RiverTime.app, a service provided by Spring Creek Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our multi-day river trip planning application and related services.

By using RiverTime.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

RiverTime.app is a web-based application that helps users plan multi-day river trips by organizing:

• Trip details, dates, and itineraries
• Gear lists and packing checklists
• Trip participant management
• Photo galleries (up to 10GB per user)
• Trip sharing and collaboration features

Our service is designed as a planning tool only. We do not provide trip guidance, safety equipment, or on-river support.

Account Registration

To use RiverTime.app, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subscription & Billing

Subscription Plans

RiverTime.app offers subscription-based access with the following options:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription (billed yearly)
• 7-day free trial for new users

Guest Passes

Subscribers can purchase guest passes to invite non-subscribers to specific trips. Guest pass users receive limited access to trip-related features only.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe via our payment partner Zylvie. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your chosen payment method.

Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Free trial users can cancel anytime during the trial without charge

User Content & Privacy

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create in RiverTime.app, including:

• Trip plans and itineraries
• Gear lists and notes
• Photos and documents (up to 10GB total per user)
• Comments and shared information

Content Sharing

Your content is private by default. Content is only visible to other users when you:

• Explicitly share a trip with specific users
• Invite others to join your trip
• Choose to make specific content public

Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Offensive, harassing, or inappropriate
• Spam or misleading information
• Copyrighted material without permission

Prohibited Uses

You may not use RiverTime.app to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harm, harass, or impersonate others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Share false or misleading safety information

Service Availability

RiverTime.app is currently in active development. We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• Features may change or be updated without notice
• Temporary outages may occur for maintenance
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• New features may be added or removed as we improve the service

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Spring Creek Solutions is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from river activities
• Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of user-generated content
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service

Intellectual Property

RiverTime.app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spring Creek Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without our written permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Pose a risk to other users or our service

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montana.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our service. Continued use of RiverTime.app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
